Not every old AC needs replacing, and not every problem means a new system. We'll look at your actual unit and tell you honestly which one you're facing.
Intro
Air conditioning replacement is one of the three services under our Air Conditioning Contractor work, alongside installation and maintenance.

Why Us

Between the two partners at All American Solution, there's 15 years of hands-on HVAC experience — enough to know that replacement isn't always the right call, even when it would be the bigger sale. We'll look at your system's actual condition and give you a straight recommendation, not a scare tactic about a unit that's about to die.
A few things point toward replacement rather than another repair: your system is pushing 12 to 15+ years old, repairs have gotten more frequent or more expensive over the last year or two, your energy bills have crept up without any change in how you use the system, cooling has gotten uneven room to room, or the unit is making noises it didn't used to make. Any one of these alone isn't a verdict — but a few of them together usually mean it's time to stop patching and start planning.
Not every problem calls for a new system. A single failed part in an otherwise healthy unit — a capacitor, a contactor, a fan motor — is usually a straightforward repair, especially if the system is under 10 years old and has been maintained regularly. If your unit is still under manufacturer or labor warranty, that changes the calculation too. We'll tell you when a repair is genuinely the better move, even if replacement would pay us more.
Beyond just working again, a new system runs more efficiently than one nearing the end of its life. That matters more in Los Angeles than in most places — LADWP's electricity rate runs well above the national average, so an aging, inefficient AC costs more to run every single month, not just more to repair. A properly sized, higher-efficiency replacement often lowers your power bill on top of fixing the comfort problem.
We remove the old equipment, size the new system with a real load calculation instead of just matching what was there before, install it, connect the electrical and refrigerant lines, and test everything before we leave. Most replacements in Los Angeles require a permit, which we handle as part of the job. For homes and businesses both, we'll walk you through what's changing and why before any of it happens.
Don't just take our word for it — here's what homeowners and businesses across LA have to say about working with us.
